As an authorized affiliate of Travel B and V, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering as an Affiliate. Your participation in the Program allows you to legally advertise our website. You will earn a commission on memberships and products purchased by your referrals.
By signing up for the Travel B and V Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We may approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Commissions
We pay commissions once per month. However, to earn a payout, you must ensure the referred account stays active for at least 31 days. Additionally, you cannot refer yourself to earn a commission. We only send payments for successfully completed transactions. Consequently, we do not pay out for transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your status in the Program for the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks).
- Spamming through mass emails or newsgroup postings.
- Your site must not promote or contain illegal activities.
- Always disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines.
- Intellectual property violations, including unauthorized trademark use.
- Offers of rebates or “kick-backs” as an incentive.
In addition to the foregoing, Travel B and V reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links on your website and within email messages. Moreover, advertising the Travel B and V site in online or offline classified ads and magazines is permitted. While you can use our provided graphics, creating your own is also an option. Just ensure any custom designs follow the guidelines outlined in the Termination section.
Coupon and Deal Sites
Travel B and V occasionally offers coupon to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
- Avoid using misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images.
- We prohibit bidding on Travel B and V Coupons or Discounts.
- Never generate pop-ups, pop-unders, or iframes to set cookies.
- Each User must see deal details before an affiliate cookie is set.
- Our program will immediately remove any site using “Click for Deal” text.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is not allowed without prior written permission. In addition, unauthorized use of our trademark in ad copy is prohibited.
Liability
Travel B and V is not liable for indirect or accidental damages like lost revenue or commissions. This includes issues from tracking failures or lost files. We provide no expressed or implied warranties for this Program. We do not guarantee that our website will operate without errors or interruptions.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins when we accept you into the Program. It ends when either party terminates the Affiliate account. We may update these terms at any time. If you find any change unacceptable, please terminate your account immediately. Your continued participation confirms that you accept the updated terms.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold Travel B and V harmless. This includes our officers, employees, and partners. You will cover any damages, legal fees, or costs resulting from your actions. This applies if you are negligent or fail to disclose required information. It also covers any intentional misconduct on your part while using this program.
Electronic Signatures Effective
This Agreement serves as a legally binding electronic contract for the Travel B and V affiliate program. Furthermore, you accept these terms and conditions by completing the application process.
