Travel B and V Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Reservation:
a. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required by the Service Provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).
b. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date unless the booking Service Provider (airlines, hotels, etc.) has more specific terms.
c. Travel B and V reserves the right to cancel reservations if full payment is not received by the specified date.
d. A service fee will be applied to all inquiries in the amount of $25, and will be applied to the final booking amount when completed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
b. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
c. The agency may charge a cancellation fee based on the time of cancellation.
3. Changes and Modifications:
a. The agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
4. Travel Insurance:
a. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
b. The agency is not responsible for any costs incurred due to events beyond its control.
5. Passport and Visa:
a. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and visas for travel.
b. The agency is not liable for any consequences resulting from clients’ failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
6. Health and Safety:
a. Clients are responsible for their health and well-being during the trip.
b. The agency is not liable for any illness, injury, or other health-related issues during the trip.
7. Liability:
a. The agency is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the trip.
b. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
8. Force Majeure:
a. The agency is not liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
strikes, or political unrest.
9. Complaints:
a. Any complaints or issues must be reported to the agency as soon as possible.
b. The agency will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve complaints.
10. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. The agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
By booking with Travel B and V, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
