Job Responsibilities
  • Organize and sell travel arrangements, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
  • Identifying the travel needs of clients, advising them on the proper destination, modes of transportation, dates, costs, and accommodations
  • Travelers have access to pertinent information, brochures, and publications 
  • Make all arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, and collecting payments
  • Prepare promotional materials and use promotional techniques to market itinerary tours
  • Handle complaints, problems, and refunds related to travel
  • Keep up with tourism trends by attending travel seminars
  • Maintain client files by entering data into our software
  • Establish relationships with tour operators
  • Ensure that statistics and financial records are maintained
